Why collaborative?

 

Clients who get the most out of therapy understand that the process is not something that is done to them to fix problems but rather a collaborative endeavor that takes effort and openness.

What does the process of therapy entail?

 

Katie uses a combination of different types of therapy depending on the needs of the client at any given time. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as mindfulness practices.

How much does therapy cost?

​

Katie charges $100 per 50 minute session. A late fee applies if you do not cancel within 24 hours. Katie does not accept insurance at this time.
